Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, better known as TSMC, has already started to give the finishing touches to the design of A11 chip, a processor that will be manufactured in a 10nm FinFET. According to DigiTimes, TSMC is now ready to print chips that use the iPhone 2017, although some rumors say that what they are prepared to do is start manufacturing processors some tests to be performed before starting mass production.
After finishing with the final design of the A11 processors, TSMC expects to achieve certification process 10nm manufacturing in the last quarter of 2016. In the first quarter of 2017, the Taiwanese company would begin to deliver samples to Apple and once Tim Cook and company give them the nod, they could already start mass production of what will be the processor of the iPhone 7s, iPhone 8 or whatever you have planned (do not forget that next year is the 10th anniversary of iPhone).
Rumors say that TSMC will take care of making all A10 processors including the iPhone 7. Still, expect only make two - thirds of the A11 processors that will arrive in 2017, a forecast that, in my opinion, has become being cautious.
The 10nm processor would have an efficiency 30-40% higher than the current A9, a device that is manufactured in a process of 14-16nm, depending on whether Samsung or TSMC manufactured. If we add the probable arrival of an AMOLED screen, the autonomy of the iPhone 2017 greatly enhanced, especially if we use black backgrounds on the screen. An AMOLED display only consumes power in pixels on. In addition, since 2017 the year of the tenth anniversary of the iPhone, we can still expect some news that could further improve autonomy. The trouble is that, as always, we will have to wait to find out.

The big Silicon Valley companies are looking for large areas where the next developer autonomous vehicles
Apple, Google, and other manufacturers are looking for large areas through real estate in the area of San Francisco, to develop their autonomous vehicles. It is well known that Google has been working on this type of vehicle several years, and in fact has already secured permits to circulate in the San Francisco area without fear that police stop and seizes the vehicle. But he's not the only one. Apple also takes little more than a year, according to rumors, interested in bringing to market a vehicle, which know very little, but it seems that also would be a vehicle without a driver.
But not only Apple and Google are focusing on this type of vehicle, but also Toyota, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, and Ford are also among the companies seeking to develop extensive grounds where their autonomous vehicles. According to the publication, Google is looking for a superfice close to 800,000 square feet like Apple. Both companies want to expand their research departments and developed for these activities to test and experiment with different models that will be manufactured.
For example. Tesla, where facilities are currently manufacturing the current models, have an area of 5.3 million square feet and are located in Fremont, California, but is a factory, not a research facility. Hence, the difference between the space searched Google and Apple with a factory to build vehicles in series. As we reported a few weeks ago, Apple is renting different ships to be developing the various components that form part of the Apple Car, ships that are receiving different names related to Greek mythology.
So far, little we know of as the Titan project progresses, in which Apple is working to bring to market the first vehicle of the company, except that the new project manager is the former vice president of engineering of Tesla, who joined makes weeks.
Viv, parents of Siri, are preparing to launch another great product of artificial intelligence
When Scott Forstall made the demonstration of Siri and five years ago, we could say that artificial intelligence only saw in science fiction movies. I do not think Siri is software AI (I believe that the AI has to be-be more), if not one who understands more or less what we ask and we answer something that you have previously scheduled. Perhaps this is what you want to change Viv, the company that created the virtual assistant since 2011 accompanies us on all iOS devices and other Apple products.
For several years, we learned of the existence of Viv Labs ago but have not created anything since they were part of the team that created Siri. According to the Washington Post, on Monday launched its first assistant Viv artificial intelligence software that, as we can read in a tweet Dag Kittlaus, has been developing for three and a half years.
Showtime will be next after 3.5 years of work week
The third part of the team that was behind Siri is now Viv and intend to complete a bigger dream to be able to do much more than can the virtual assistant Apple. This sounds great but has to wait until Monday to see if they get what they propose.
Viv intended to be an open system, much as was the original version of Siri before Apple bought the software in 2010. As is known, now includes links to applications and services like Uber, FTD, SeatGuru and GrubHub. The publication of Washington Post cite the example that we order pizza from Domino's without having to make the call, which on the one hand demonstrates the potential of its software but, realistically, to have to talk like a machine, may be better to call and talk to a person or use an application, right? In any case, what we see on 9 May have prepared on Monday.

LG is capable of integrating a fingerprint reader in the display panel
A spokesman for LG has apparently announced this news: the company can integrate into the display panel, a fingerprint reader. This not needs a physical key to unlock our device and perhaps even of our iPhone.
Now the arrival of the technology is rumored for some time, which will incorporate a fingerprint reader in the display of our device. The system announced in new hours from LG can do it, with a very low percentage of error. It is a screen with a recess on the lower side for housing a sensor for fingerprints. The sensor thickness is only 25 tenths of a millimeter and can be customized and allocated in various parts under the display, depending on the demands of the manufacturers.
It could be an excellent opportunity for Apple, which could bring an LG display on upcoming devices. In fact, it already rumored for some time the arrival of a display can read our fingerprints, just about the next iPhone. So who knows if in the future we will see the iPhone with the front panel entirely dedicated to the display.
Otto: Samsung robot sings and controls lighting and heating
The developer conference from Samsung brings some innovations such as the announcement of a VR glasses with built-in hardware or even gasoline. The little robot can, for example, answer questions about the weather and power on demand light and heating. Can sing and dance a little Otto.
On the Samsung Developer Conference 2016 in San Francisco, the robot Otto made his appearance. The reference design includes the ARTIK chip for Samsung's Internet-of-things-platform, for which the manufacturer has just introduced new developer tools. Although Otto can not run, but can move his head. On the display appear stylized facial features, which have a high cuteness factor. Singing can also Otto, surprisingly with a female voice.
Otto sings a song #sdc2016In addition to speakers and microphone, through which one can communicate with Otto, a camera took place in the prototypes. The intended function as a security camera and have a facial recognition. In the intelligence to answer questions, Samsung is working with Wolfram Alpha, so Otto to many questions are as meaningful as possible answers. Otto is a prototype and still has a long way to go until he might put on the market.

The faster it could go with another robot that has the Samsung developers probably inspired: Jibo. He has an extremely successful IndieGoGo campaign since mid-2014 behind, the development environment is, however, distributed only in recent weeks. The video shows how you could order with Jibo Pizza. In a not so distant future.
Oppo Find 9: Rumors suggest to 4K display
The news about the Oppo Find 9 simmers still, though, or perhaps precisely because there is no official word from the Chinese manufacturer. Earlier this month we reported on a possible Find 9, at GFXBench been seen to be, but apparently that was completely bogus. The latest rumors suggest firstly ever in a release out, thanks to a low-resolution teaser and secondly on a 4K display. In fact much better for suspected Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 fit, which is more common in high-end smartphones these days. Of course, are also 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of memory - an equipment of the upper end in literally so.
The rumor of 4K displays solidifies given the fact that supposedly both Oppo and Lenovo plan to bring 4K smartphones this year on the market - the Find 9, which should be of course provided with a correspondingly high price of around $ 600.
Release in June?
These speculated specifications fit naturally much better to the latest offshoot of a series, which is known for progressive technologies, instead of another FHD phablets with 2GB of RAM and middle-class chip from MediaTek. We expect a release of the device according to the current status in June this year.

It is the successor to the Transformer Book T300 Chi, which now is to have the sale at superb prices *.
Asus Transformer Book T302 12.5 inches
While virtually all vast and well-known manufacturers the benefits of 3: 2 have recognized displays, Asus maintains the Transformer Book T302 still on 16: 9 format. It is driven by Intel Core Tablet m3 or m7 processors 6th generation, which are up to 8GB of RAM and 512GB SSD storage. This allows Asus course without an active fan continue. With 8.05 mm, the tablet is very slim and weighs 750 grams, not too much. It is well made again of metal and should feel very high. On tablet itself, there are two USB Type C connectors.
The new Asus Transformer Book T302 comes Luckily again a standard keyboard dock is used, which forms a firm connection to the tablet. Contact is no longer via Bluetooth so that the 2-in-1 device can finally be used frequently now. On the dock, you can still find a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 port. The term is said to be about 8 hours.
