The new L G G3 "Cat 6" smartphone will be some minor technical amendments, which are reflected inter alia in the performance. To use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 is quad core processor clock frequencies up to 2.7GHz support and thus again provides more power than the current 801 Snapdragon quad-core up to 2.5GHz clock frequency. Furthermore, a new LTE (4G) modem on board, belonging to the category 6 and thus to support bandwidth when downloading data to 225Mbit per second.
The more hardware you have, however, untouched and therefore is still a 5.5-inch WQHD touchscreen display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution available, a 13 megapixel camera on the back with laser autofocus, a 2.1-megapixel camera on the front, 3GB of memory and 3000mAh battery for the power supply. Unfortunately, to date, no further information as to whether the improved G3 LG Cat 6 smartphone with more power and quicker LTE will be available in Europe or in Germany.
