The new KFA2 GTX 960 OC graphics card is overclocked at the factory and should bring a small performance boost with it, compared to the regular model without overclocking. The graphics card is based on the Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 and has the Maxwell architecture. The clock frequency is specified with 1165MHz during normal operation and it can be overclocked up to 1228MHz, if more power is needed.
Graphics memory is specified with 2GB GDDR5 and he works with a clock speed of 3505MHz.It is controlled via a 128-bit interface. The graphics card is installed on a typical PCI Express 3.0 interface on the motherboard and it has the SLI technology with which they can be combined with multiple graphics cards in one system.
Other technologies include Nvidia TXAA, GPU Boost 2.0, PhysX, FXAA, CUDA, GameWorks and Co. added. There are 12 applications and games already supports DirectX. The alternatives can be found in front of interfaces for DVI-I, HDMI and DisplayPort 3x in version 1.2. The cooling takes place via the Silence Extreme Plus technology, which is to ensure quiet operation. About the Idle mode, the fan can even be completely stopped, which only then is but an advantage if the graphics card is claimed not much. The price of the new graphics accelerator is indicated by € 199.99 by the manufacturer. All other technical data, can be found in the datasheet to ensure compatibility before.
