The new 16GB DDR4 Innodisk RAM modules are therefore suitable for use in professional environments and they should bring up to 30% more power and up to 20% less energy consumption with it, compared to regular DDR3 RAM modules. The new 16GB modules are offered as U- and SO-DIMMs with 2133MHz and therefore offer a large storage volume. Thanks to the ECC technology, high reliability and is available a good correction of errors in the transmission and processing.
It also come 30μ gold contacts for use, heat sensors which monitor the temperature and conformal coatings. The voltage during operation is specified with 1.2 volts and the average refresh rate at 85 degrees and less on temperature is 7,8us. The refresh rate is between 85 and 95 degrees, indicated by 3,9us.
Otherwise, the memory characterized by an improved air flow from and through the On-Die Termination. They are free of lead and thus meet the RoHS directives.
