Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie: new version shows up on Sony's prototype LT30i

Now that the new Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus smartphones 10 and tablet PCs have been provided with the current Android 4.2 "Jelly Bean" operating system, we can give you a first sweep of information and rumors about the upcoming Android 5.0 "Key Lime Pie" OS imagine that will be released as a successor next year.

Android 5.0 "Key Lime Pie" is entered for the first time by a benchmark test in appearance. The benchmark was, among other things, the performance of the Sony LT30i smartphones measured and has you can also get some technical data out. The current prototype is a 720p HD touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. Below follows a 1.6GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8260 processor and an Adreno 220 graphics chipset.

Whether the Sony LT30i Smartphone is the first model to go with Android 5.0 operating system at the start remains to be seen. We hope for new information on the upcoming CES 2013 in January next year.
