Now you have taken another route and has the new Xiaomi MiBox presented a set-top box, which is equipped with the Android operating system. About the Xiaomi MiBox you should in future be able to receive TV content over the Internet and it will have more than 30,000 movies and many programs for market introduction.
Moreover, games for Android devices are supported, the streaming of music and other external devices. The MiBox will have an HDMI port on the HDTV and connected via Gigabit Ethernet LAN on the network, and also offers more USB ports for external USB hard drives. The control and streaming content can, for example via Android or iOS (AirPlay).
At what point exactly the MiBox will come to Europe is not yet clear. We will keep you informed.
