While still work on the Apple campus, expected to be completed before the end of the year, Apple has just rented in San Francisco office space to provide cabin about 500 employees. As we read in Reuters, Apple plans to open this new office space in one of the most expensive areas of San Francisco.

The office space that Apple fully open later this year will cover an area of nearly 24,000 square meters . The two floors of the office building that Apple has rented, had been occupied until now by CBS, which recorded several programs thanks to high ceilings, untarnished areas and plants are practically diaphanous.

The reasons for Apple to open an office in San Francisco, 46 miles from the center on Cupertino may be two. The first theory is that Apple needs more space to locate employees Beats Music and analytics firm Topsy Labs , of which I have spoken ontime. Both companies are headquartered in San Francisco, but the idea is to focus Apple both companies in one venue instead of transferring them to the facilities of Cupertino.

Another reason why Apple would have rented this new office space would motivated to attract young talents . San Francisco is filled with young talent that can offer interesting ideas or products. These young people live in San Francisco and the best way to be available to them is to open an office in the city.

Apple is not the first company to open offices in San Francisco. Many companies among which are Google, already have facilities in the city  with the same purpose as Apple.
