Onda is known to copy products from other manufacturers and with the Onda oBook 11 Pro has the set very well demonstrated. The 11.6-inch 2-in-1 tablet is a smaller version of the Surface Book. Technically, it can not compete with the original, though, but for this, it would probably cost less than a third. The functionality is the same in each case, and that makes the Onda oBook 11 Pro an interesting product.
Onda oBook 11 Pro with Intel Core processor m3
The Onda oBook 11 Pro has an 11.6-inch display with a Full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Therefore, it comes with a normal aspect ratio of 16: 9, while the Surface Book relies on a 13.5-inch display not only larger but also with 3,000 x 2,000 pixels dissolves significantly higher. Was not dispensed with a digitizer for an active stylus. It is driven by the Intel Core Tablet m3 processor, also in small Surface Pro 4 infected. There are 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal memory. The operating system is Windows 10 is used, which with these properties should provide good performance.
Visually, it is, in fact, an almost 1: 1 copy of the Surface Book. This applies not only to the general shape and color design of Onda oBook 11 Pro, but also for the new hinge, which Microsoft introduced the Surface Book. Even the not so successful function and the inability to open the 2-in-1 device neat was taken - to be similar only to the original. That was not necessary, because the hinge is not thought through the Surface Book.
Otherwise, there are some USB ports and an HDMI output. Of course, the usual wireless connections and the display can be removed and used as a tablet. What is missing is still the price, but about the other copies of Onda is expected to be around 300 to 400 euros. Whether an import worth, you would have to consider, if the device is listed in one shop.
