Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1 Rugged Tablet PC with 7 inch in fanless design

The optional add-ons include a slot for Mini-Serial, Ethernet LAN, NFC, smart card reader, 1D/2D barcode scanner, RFID UHF or a hot-swap function for a battery replacement available. The normal connections include USB 3.0, microSD card slot, micro-SIM and headphones.

For wireless exchange of data Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 are available. The case has been protected to IP65 standards against external influences and the tablet PC can be used in extreme temperatures from -10 degrees to +50 degrees Celsius. The model has also been sealed against ingress of water and dust and keeps a fall from standing height of 1.5 meters. In software the Windows 8.1 Pro operating system is available, as well as the option on the older Windows 7 operating system. As of mid-2014 it will also be a further variant with Intel Celeron processor and Windows 8.1 OS have on offer.
