Apple releases second beta of iOS 9.2.1. There are also public version

Apple has released few minutes ago the second beta of iOS 9.2.1 , a release that has been almost three weeks after the release of the first beta.
We remember we only have to install this beta, like all betas of any software in a device where we do not mind experiencing occasional failure. It is common experience shutdowns or problems of any kind if you install beta software, so it would not be very good idea to install iOS 9.2.1 beta 2 in a device which we depend. Remember too, for not meeting a contramiempo which to install this beta will require our iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad has 50% of battery or at least have it connected to a power outlet.
Users no developers who want to install this beta have to be  subscribed to the program betas  Apple. If you are already subscribed and you have the  profile to install  the beta installed on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, you update should appear  OTA  at any time, which is usually a half hour after the new version is released in Apple Developer Center (19: 30h in the Iberian Peninsula).
As for the developments that brings this version, they were unknown in December and still unknown now. The iOS 9.2 version made Siri learn new languages and improved use of Safari View Controller, which allows us to use Safari from any other application as Tweetbot and use the native capabilities of Safari. The lack of news can only mean two things: the first is that no developer has wanted to see if there is something interesting in this version, which is highly unlikely. The second, and most likely, is that this update should focus only on correcting errors and improving overall system performance. If we learned something interesting, I'll let you know as soon as you discover.
