From the house of OCZ we now present you the new OCZ Vertex SSD drives 3.20, which will go as the newest member of the large range in the coming weeks to the start.
The new OCZ Vertex 3:20 SSDs are equipped with NAND flash chips in 20nm design and appear in the 2.5-inch format. It is a SATA 6Gbps interface with IIII for connection available and the hard drives are also available with an improved LSI SandForce SF-2200 controller to be fitted, the high transmission speeds.
The SSDs will be released in capacities of 120GB, 240GB and 480GB. The read and write speeds are estimated at up to 550MB per second and 520MB per second read at a performance of 35,000 IOPS per second for up to 65,000 IOPS and write data. The individual prices we have not yet exist.
