Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 and 200: new processors for smartphones, tablet PCs and Co.

Having been the first smartphones were presented with the new Snapdragon processor 600, we are now looking at the smaller of the Snapdragon processors 400 and 200 series Snapdragon received it.

Both new processors are mainly used in devices from the entry-level and mid-range are used. The Snapdragon processor 400 features a dual-core processor of the type "Krait", with up to 1.7GHz clock speed, a quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor up to 1.4GHz clock speed and an Adreno 305 graphics chipset. There are bands including how TDSCDMA, DC-HSPA + (42Mbit per second), W + G support CDMA, Multi-SIM and Co.. Still cameras with up to 13.5-megapixel resolution and supports the Miracast technology.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 200, however, is equipped with a quad-core ARM Cortex-A5 processor up to 1.4GHz clock speed, an Adreno 203 GPU and LPDDR2 memory. The platform supports the high-definition video playback, GPS, multiple SIM card slots and cameras with up to 8-megapixel resolution. At the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2013, all new processors will be presented.
