The colleague Florian Mueller of FOSS patent has dug out the application and, once summarized the five patents that sees Apple as injured shortly. The company from Cupertino indicates that the Samsung Galaxy S4 two Siri's patents for the uniform search ( U.S. Pat. 8,086,604 and U.S. Pat. 6,847,959 ), a "data tapping" patent ( U.S. Pat. 5,946,647 ), a patent to display choices ( U.S. Pat. 5,666,502 ) and one for asynchronous data exchange devices ( U.S. Pat. 7,761,414 ).

Mueller has also even picked out the gist of the application, which focuses mainly on the repeated infringement of the patents. Apple accused Samsung that the company should continue to willfully violate these patents.

"[...] Apple deterministic mined did the Galaxy S4 product practices Already many of the same claims asserted by Apple, and did the Galaxy S4 practices Those claims in the same way as the already-accused Samsung devices."

Otherwise it was mentioned in the report that the Samsung Galaxy S4 has not yet been added to the Google Edition in the list. Apple will certainly check but also this device.
