Micron SSDs P400m presented with up to 400GB capacity for the enterprise space

From Micron, we are now moving to a new swing to SSD modules that appear in the 2.5-inch form factor and was presented for the enterprise space are.

The new series of SSDs will go under the name P400m to the start and includes SSD drives with capacities of 100GB, 200GB and 400GB of storage capacity. All new models are based on the latest generation of 25nm MLC NAND flash chips on and be ready for the data transfer to a 6.0Gbps SATA interface.

It is this combination with write speeds up to 350MB per second and at up to 300MB per second read of the data possible. The MTBF is specified with two million hours. The prices at which appear the new P400m SSDs, is not certain, however.
