The next announcement at CES 2013 in Las Vegas, we would like to introduce the new Panasonic Toughpads FZ-G1 and JT-B1 Tablet PCs that are already housed as many other models in a sheltered housing to MIL-STD 810G standards and against, inter alia, water and other outside influences are protected.
The new Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 tablet PC comes with a 10-inch touchscreen display with 1920 x 1200 pixels move in and offers the Windows 8 operating system to Pro. There is also a 1.9GHz Intel Ivy Bridge processor, specifically an Intel Core i5 vPro-3437U, a 128GB SSD hard drive and up to 8GB of RAM. There is also Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN and optional LTE/3G available in selected models.
The Panasonic Toughpad JT-B1 appears tablet PC, however as a 7-incher with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and offers the Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich" operating system. There's also a 1.5GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4660 processor added, 16GB of internal storage and 1GB of RAM. The cameras on the front and back have to offer resolutions of 1.3-megapixel and 13-megapixel, and the 5720mAh battery will run for up to eight hours. In February / March 2013, the new models appear on the market.
