Intel SSD 525 SSDs announced in the mSATA form factor with up to 240GB storage

The next presentation of the category of SSDs we can Intel's new line of SSD 525 SSDs, imagine being able to buy it in the coming weeks to yet unknown price.

The Intel SSD 525 SSD drives appear in the mSATA form factor and thus can be placed directly on a motherboard. At launch, capacities of 30GB to 240GB are available, and all models are equipped with 25nm MLC NAND flash chips and a SATA 6.0Gbps interface. In addition comes a SandForce SF-2281 controller is used and there are speeds of up to 550MB per second read at up to 520MB per second and write data when available.
