The operator China Telecom Hong Kong is pleased to have discovered nothing that Apple has blocked access to your network iPhone 5 fourth-generation communications, reports Business Week this week. For this reason, a Chinese network operators have come together to ask the country's regulatory authorities for a review of the practices of Apple terminals lock. If the court accepts the review, Hong Kong Telecom to carry Apple to trial.

By blocking access to networks iPhones 5 Hong Kong Telecom or China Mobile (also involved in the case), Apple prevents customers can migrate their terminals to these competing companies with which no agreement has been reached to sell the phone at home.

Currently, Apple sells the iPhone 5 in China through two major operators: China Unicom and China Telecom. In recent months we have seen that Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, has moved to the country several times to settle the company's expansion into the territory. It was rumored that Cook was in talks with China Mobile to sell the iPhone through the operator, but the fact that it has been added to the petition against Apple gives us a hint of how the negotiations are right now.
