The HTC One has indeed officially only a few minutes, but reason enough to compare with potential competitors. The pictured smartphones are outwardly similar in some respects, inside they differ fundamentally. For comparison, here come the Apple iPhone 5 and BlackBerry Z10 in, each equipped with an independent ecosystem.
All smartphones are represented here very minimalist designs and fitted with an equal part above and below the display. First differences are visible in the screen size and its resolution. The smallest display in the league, the iPhone 5, because with the 4-inch retina display, it is much smaller than the screen of the HTC one. This has a considerable size of 4.7 inches and is also a high resolution. The LCD3 display in this device resolves with full HD, reaching a pixel density of 467ppi. Thus, the iPhone 5 will be beaten by about 140ppi, the BlackBerry Z10 to still 11oppi. Whose display has a diagonal of 4.2 inches and is therefore between iPhone 5 and HTC One.
While the already available devices - Apple iPhone 5 and BlackBerry Z10 - equipped with a dual-core processor are the HTC One a monster is used. The quad-core Snapdragon 600 was introduced a few weeks ago at the Consumer Electronics Show and is currently expected to constitute the spearhead in the mobile CPU range.
While BB Z10 and iPhone 5 is equipped with an 8 megapixel camera, the HTC One is a 4 ultra-pixel camera at the start. The HTC one with ultra-pixel resolution, according to HTC Corp.. provide significantly better images than the competition because of the camera sensor captures up to three times more light than several 8-megapixel sensors.
Make the biggest difference, however, from the operating system. While Apple's iOS device 6 is used, the Z10 comes with the brand new BlackBerry 10 OS on the market. The HTC smartphone is based on Android, but with a highly customized interface - the New Sense interface. Contrary to the previous New Sense surfaces was reduced to the essentials and no longer seems overloaded. The home screen consists of a kind tile menu as we know it in a similar way by Windows Phone.
A purchase decision with these devices is at present very difficult. The BlackBerry Z10 is not yet available and the HTC One was unveiled just a few minutes. Interested parties should thoroughly test each of the three devices, because they are all interesting and alluring. In the following graphic you see again all the data at a glance.
