ScreenExtender and FullForce: force applications to fit the screen of the iPhone 5 (Cydia)

clip_image001

Now that we have the jailbreak of the iPhone 5 comes time to make changes that will improve everything. One of the weaknesses of the iPhone 5 is that some applications are not adapted to the screen, and shows two ugly black bars on the top and bottom.

This already has a solution, and also has two solutions: ScreenExtender and FullForce, two modifications that have appeared in Cydia and do the same, stretching applications to fill the screen of the iPhone 5. Actually stretch is not the right way to say it, but stretching is to adapt, because it distorts nothing.

Apparently FullForce works better, a change that already existed for the iPad (for iPhone applications compatible with iPad) and now released for the iPhone, is the famous developer Ryan Petrich. Once installed on your iPhone settings you can choose the application you want to stretch.

Just do FullForce ScreenExtender is free and costs $ 0.99. But it seems that the first cannot undo once done and the second does. You can download both in Cydia, in the BigBoss repo. We recommend you purchase FullForce, even if it costs more.
