Google already in June 2012 gave the opportunity for many developers to respond to the comments made by users. Now it seems that the number of developers qualified to do so is increasing.
As we know, the App Store, we can leave the reviews that are positive or negative, when we buy an application. This is an advantage for us users, but a disadvantage for those developers who would like to clarify any negative reviews or simply responding to the curiosity of the users. Google has decided to give to the developers the ability to respond to users.
The first test began in June 2012 with a few developers and important, but now the group of developers who have this "privilege" seems to be enlarged.
Google, however, has established very strict rules in order to respond to users: developers can answer it once for each user, the messages are banned and promotional communications must be closely linked to a response based on the comments given by the user. Once the developer has responded, the user has the possibility to change their review or change the rating given previously.
The choice of Google is motivated by the fact that today the developers had no way to fight back against criticism or to requests from users. Such a move could greatly increase instead the relationship between seller and consumer and, above all, make it possible for developers to go further meet the demands of users.
And you, what do you think of this choice? Would appreciate if Apple would allow developers to contact you personally?
