The Medion Akoya E4070 Multimedia PC system MD 8380 brings an AMD A10-5700 4x 3.4GHz processor (quad-core) or 4GHz clock speeds over the AMD Turbo Core technology, and in combination, there is a Radeon HD 7660D graphics card from AMD added.
