Apple releases iOS 6.1.1 beta 1 and closes possibly exploits for jailbreak

Less than two weeks ago, Apple has iOS 6.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod published. In the course of the iOS hackers were able to finalize the jailbreak, and finally the new little program called Evasi0n published that supports all devices with iOS 6.x. Apple is obviously not happy about the new jailbreak and responded after a few days.

Apple has just released the first beta version of iOS 6.1.1 (build 10B311) and for the registered developers via the Developer Center provided. The smaller pre-release version will chiefly benefit the Japanese users and improve the maps app in the region. Both the maps and the navigation as well as the pronunciation of the street names have been optimized. Otherwise, the one or the other 3D buildings for Tokyo and added various venues have gotten missed symbols. Overall, the update focuses on just a Japanese user.

More interesting is the fact that Apple has responded very quickly to the new Untethered Jailbreak. It is very likely that the company from Cupertino in this iOS version fixes the vulnerabilities used the Evasi0n-jailbreak. In this case, jailbreak users secure as soon as possible, the SHSH blobs using TinyUmbrella and the future not to make an update to iOS 6.1.1.
