The year 2013 is marked primarily by the new BlackBerry iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S4. Not only the news in terms of specifications and the latest advances in display and processor technology are impressive, but also the latest rumors, Apple as well as Samsung are first put on a 5G-chip.

5G not only in iPhone 6

As the analyst Patrick Wang tells Apple and Samsung are planning to use a 5G-chip that supports the frequency 802.11ac. In collaboration with Broadcom will have the group with roots from Cupertino already expressed interest. In any event, not just the iPhone 6 may be affected, but in the same breath as iPhone mini or the low-budget iPhone. The advantage of these chips can not be dismissed out of hand. On the one hand they are up to three times faster and more efficiently on the other hand up to six times,

Wang writes, moreover, that his checks have come to face, the shoring of the 5G chips even in the hotly sought-after Samsung Galaxy S4 to confirm. The start of production was reportedly secured for the middle of this year, so at the time that Apple would bring their new flagship among the masses. It would be a kind of bottom-line follow-up response that Apple is on the 5G-chip, if Samsung is doing this earlier in their high-end device.

Macs will be equipped with standard also

Another argument for the application of the new chips is the fact that rumors in the past, spoke of that other product lines such as the Apple TV or the Mac series with the compatibility to be equipped. However, it is easy to imagine that Apple is also on the new iPhone 4G at first in the usual version, as the group is known only to rely on mature technologies. Start in this direction, Asus has done by had brought the first notebook with 5G connectivity to market.
