Toshiba THNSNH series of SSD drives now commercially available

From Toshiba we present to you now before the new Toshiba THNSNH series of SSDs, which are now commercially available. With capacities ranging from 60GB to 512GB

The new Toshiba THNSNH series of SSDs using the current MLC (Multi-Level Cell) in less than 19 nm design and all hard drives appear in 2.5-inch/6.4-centimeter compact form factor and can therefore be accommodated in, among other desktops be.

In addition, models with a mSATA form factor available with capacities of 60GB, 128GB, and 256GB. The new SSDs support a read speed of up to 534MB per second and write speeds up to 482MB per second. To protect the data also is added the ECC error correction, and the Quadruple swing-by code (QSBC) technology. For data transmission, all models use a SATA 6Gbps interface.
