iOS 6.1.3 is here. Apple has just one more software update for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch made on the servers already. Owners of an iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad and iPod touch mini touch (4th and 5th generation) can now download iOS 6.1.3.
After a few days ago, Apple has the iOS 6.1.3 Beta 2 made available for developers, we now have the final version of iOS 6.1.3. How ready is indicated with the Beta 2 to iOS 6.1.3, Apple cares about two points. The package insert states
- Fixes an issue where the phone app could be used without entering the code
- Improvements to maps app in Japan
In our case, the update was on an iPhone 5 "only" 18.2 MB. On the iPhone 4S, there are 28.5 MB OTA.
