The SmartWatch Samsung wanders for several weeks through the blogosphere and has now moved back into the media spotlight. In an interview with Bloomberg, Samsung vice president Lee Young Hee has confirmed that the company is working on its own implementation in the future and would like to bring to market.
Both Apple and Samsung have a SmartWatch planned and will probably still this year reveal their own models to the public. Samsung has now concretized for the first time and at least admitted that a new product has long been at work. Lee Young Hee did however not give further details on the clock and has been known to be kept covered for functionality.
"We've been preparing the watch product for so long," Lee Young Hee, executive vice president of Samsung's mobile business, said during an interview in Seoul. "We are working very hard to get ready for it. We are preparing products for the future, and the watch is definitely one of them. "
Otherwise, there are of course still no period for the market launch. The company should, however, work very hard on the Smart Watch and see it as an important product for the future. Samsung will also try before the Apple product to commercialize it to the attention first to draw on and win the time of benefit to them. It remains to be seen who will win the race.
