Apple and Samsung continue to struggle: the latest news about the English court which forced Apple to Samsung asking public apology on its website. The South Korean company would have taken immediately after the victory of the process.
Some of you will doubtless recall the singular punishment for Apple by British judge Robin Jacob: he forced the Californian company to publish in major British newspapers and on its website an official apology against Samsung. This was the result of the judgment which exonerated from the charge of plagiarism Samsung design of the iPad.
Well, this judge had the honor of being hired by Samsung shortly after the completion of the process.
Apple, for its part, after the singular judgment published on its English website the following statement:
Despite the United Kingdom court has not considered guilty Samsung, other courts have recognized that during the creation of the Galaxy tablet, Samsung has deliberately copied the popular Apple iPad.
Of course, the English courts did not like this very declaration and then forced Apple to change the wording. The company then promptly created a revision on the page, by inserting at the end of the text.
